The public beta version of EXODUS 1 is equipped with the excellent performance and design quality of HTC flagship products. At the same time, the Exodus combines cutting-edge block chain technology and essential software applications to provide modern users with a breakthrough smartphone experience in the new Internet era.
s a block chain mobile phone, data security is the most important. HTC "EXDOUS 1" beta version has built-in security firmware module independent of Android system (Secure Enclave), which saves user's key properly. Whether it is money or non-replaceable tokens (NFTs), or electronic data of mobile phones in future versions, security can be guaranteed.
At present, HTC has developed a unique social key recovery mechanism to prevent users from losing, stealing or forgetting their keys. This method is simple and easy to operate, but it is enough to help users recover the lost keys safely. At the same time, this mechanism can ensure that HTC does not store the user's key in a data center at any time. Users choose several trusted contacts to save their keys. Each contact must download the key management application. Subsequently, users use secret sharing algorithm to segment mnemonic words and send them to the selected contacts. If there is a need to acquire the key, the user can get the mnemonic from several trusted contacts and retrieve the key.
HTC is inviting cryptographers and developers from around the world to join the Exodus community to help improve the performance of Secure Enclave. As part of the public beta plan, HTC invites feedback from all parties through the official channel HTC EXODUS on Telegram to improve the performance of secure storage.
"Ten years ago, HTC launched its first Android phone, and Bitcoin and Genesis have been around for nearly 10 years. The public beta version of EXODUS 1 is one of the basic elements of encrypting the Internet. We believe that mobile devices will be the main focus of digital assets and de-centralized applications to realize their potential. We look forward to working with developers in the area of block chains to achieve this vision. HTC Chief Block Chain Officer Chen Xinsheng said.
During further technology enhancement, HTC will soon release APIs that allow third-party developers to use "EXODUS 1" beta phones to protect keys and sign transactions. In addition, HTC will issue Zion Key Management API and Software Development Toolkit to partners with the same vision to expand the block chain ecosystem and to jointly solidify the foundation of Internet security and trust.
HTC is expanding the block chain ecosystem by creating decentralized applications and secure mobile phones. The emergence of Bitcoin and ETF has brought about the concepts of digital scarcity and irreplaceable tokens. In order to provide platform and distribution channels for developers who create irreplaceable digital products, the birth of the public beta version of EXODUS 1 is a particularly important step.
