      General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that it is necessary to build a globally competitive talent system and use it in the world. As the first national-level talent management reform pilot zone in China, Zhongguancun adheres to the development concept of “innovation-driven is essentially talent-driven” and actively explores the construction of a globally competitive talent system to stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship of all types of talents.       Let's try first on the talent attraction, and gather it in the world. In the development process of Zhongguancun, generation after generation of Zhongguancun people persisted in emancipating the mind and innovative thinking, grasping the historical opportunity of gathering talents from the world, and deeply exploring and practicing in terms of policy innovation, talent introduction and training, and formed an international competitiveness. The scientific research management and talent development system and mechanism have created a policy environment conducive to talented people and entrepreneurs.
